You may choose to submit hard copy original records of repairs for processing directly to RAS Data Services, or enter repair detail locally utilizing a wide variety of hardware and software options. In either case, RAS can produce and distribute your monthly AAR bills and provide technical and financial reporting based on your specific requirements. In addition, your bills are audited prior to distribution which eliminates virtually all post payment exceptions. In these infrequent cases however, RAS will also handle exceptions from car owners and manage the counterbilling process.
Local data entry can be performed via the internet on a desktop PC, or by the use of wireless access handheld computer hardware which is available through our business partners.
