Services - Identification and Management of Warranty Claims

Warranty tables are created for the computer to compare against detail repair records. These tables identify each specific component for groups of cars, the manufacturer of the component, the length of the warranty, and the corresponding AAR job codes, car part codes, and why made codes that apply to the warranty agreement. By comparing the age of the car to this information, a monthly warranty report will be generated for each component manufacturer listing details of the repair that are necessary to present a claim.

In the case of a unilateral component failure across a number of cars, RAS will coordinate the receipt and replacement of material with the supplier and the third party performing the repairs.
